Must I Cry (New work in Edinburgh Fringe)

The city is next to the sea, surrounded by the sea.

Embark on a journey through love and loss, as you travel to the bustling streets of 1970s Hong Kong. “Must I Cry” is a multimedia exploration of memory in the face of an ever-changing city. In search for signs of her late father, a woman turns a childhood game into a quest to remember. Accompanied by live music and video projection, this visually stunning production blends poetry, physical theatre and magical realism! The show is directed by celebrated director and performer Bonni Chan, who last appeared in at the Fringe more than 20 years ago with "The Overcoat".

Performed in English

Aug 19-25 20:45/ Venue 152 Paradise in Augustines
