This workshop blends Linklater’s Freeing the Natural Voice with Feldenkrais sensory‑motor learning to release habitual blocks and improve breath, resonance, clarity and strength. Using the Linklater progression, participants explore physical, breath and vibrational awareness, freeing the channel, enhancing resonance and articulation, and experiencing speaking from the whole self.
